Order Confirmation

Once your order is successfully placed:

  • Prepaid orders: A confirmation message will be sent to your registered email address and WhatsApp number after successful payment.
  • COD orders: Order confirmation details will be shared through your registered contact information.

Payment-Related Issues

If your payment is deducted but the order is not confirmed:

  • Please wait up to 30 minutes, as the transaction may still be processing or may be automatically reversed by your bank.
  • If the amount is not refunded within the bank's standard processing period, please contact our customer support team and provide your payment reference or transaction ID for assistance.
